This Table Helped Me Memorize the Quran

Today I will be sharing a system I’ve been using since 2008 that has not only helped me memorize the Quran but also improved different aspects of my life
For me, memorizing the Quran was part of a bigger plan to become a better person overall.
This system consists of three steps:
Step 1: The Good Life
In the beginning, I did a quick evaluation of everything I was doing in my life. I categorized these activities based on:
whether they were initially my idea or someone else's (external influence),
and whether I loved or hated doing them.
The goal was to determine if I was living the life I wanted for myself.
Step 2: The Balanced Life
After writing down all the things that made me the Happiest, I created another table to ensure they covered these four categories:
Mind
Body
Soul
Money
Here are the results:
Step 3: The Daily Habit Tracker
Now that I’ve decided that memorizing the Quran is one of the things that makes me the Happiest, and that I’ve added it under the “Soul” category, I created a daily habit tracker for accountability.
The last thing I wanted was to know what made me the happiest and not pursue it.
I normally have a daily tracker for all the things listed in the table, but we are going to focus on memorizing the Quran here.
If you want to get a free copy of the daily Quran tracker, visit this link: “Quran Tracker.”
Here is a recap of the three steps
Step 1: The Good Life ➡️ Decide what makes you the happiest.
Step 2: The Balanced Life ➡️ Group them into the four distinct categories.
Step 3: The Daily Habit Tracker ➡️ Create a system to ensure accountability.
